First ever chord button pioneered by festival website A large share of festival visitors are, aside from being music lovers, also enthusiastic musicians. A partnership between Chordify and Dutch music festival Welcome to The Village (WtTV) brings great additional opportunities for this specific audience. From now on, not only can festival-goers listen to and read about the line-up, they can also learn to play the music from their favourite artists performing at Welcome to The Village 2015. With one simple click on the Chordify button, musicians can access the chords of music that is performed at the festival. So grab your guitar, piano or ukulele when browsing the festival line-up and play along with Mauro Pawlowski of dEUS or Laura-Mary Carter of Blood Red Shoes.

Welcome to The Village takes place from 17-19 July 2015 in recreational area The Groene Ster, just outside of Leeuwarden and features 85 international acts. The festival’s focus is to create a village for three days which will be the most beautiful little village in the Netherlands, where a stellar music programme of national and international talent and great food and design are of paramount importance.
