Bored with your average, run of the mill major and minor chords? Well good news, now you can up the ante with extended chords. That’s right, we’re going deluxe with our new chord extensions, so you get a richer sound which goes beyond mere major and minor. In the chord edit mode, you can now go nuts with major, minor and dominant seventh chords as well as suspended 4ths!

How do I add these lavish extended chords? Easy as pie, old sport! Simply click on the edit button, then click on the chord you want to change. When you click on edit chord, you’ll be able to change chords faster than chihuahuas run away from Paris Hilton. When you download PDF and MIDI files, these will take account of your edits too. Play along with Bill Withers – Ain’t No Sunshine For more information on using the chord edits feature just click here! Why not calculate these chords automatically? Well, we’re going for pinpoint accuracy of course and while our chord recognition algorithm has the ability to recognize seventh and suspended chords, doing so will decrease the accuracy, simply because there are more chords to pick from. But the good news is that our algorithm will learn from all your edits, so we’ll be able to calculate more complex chords with military precision in the near future. Watch this space!
