With everybody staying at home, it seems people are jamming more than ever. So, this Top 5 marks a special moment in the history of Chordify. But before we get too sentimental, let’s take a look at the most popular songs of this month, which we like to call Make More Music March. What do we see? Among the most played along songs are a lot of happy tunes.
In Europe, “Dance Monkey” is back in pole position. Also, the rest of the Top 5 songs are all familiar play-along hits. REM’s Losing my Religion, for example, which was released back in 1991, now reenters the stage. And there are a lot of more modern classics to be found. In the USA Daniel Caesar claims his number one position again. And in Oceania he hits the Top 5 as well.
The most uplifting song in March must be “Blessings on Blessings” by Anthony Brown. This newcomer in North America adds some happy gospel timbre to the list. The song will make you dance around in your living room before you know it.
